3. Community Tourism Approach & Funding

It was agreed that Mairi would submit an application to the Coastal Communities Challenge Fund / Rural Communities Challenge Fund for a Press Pause audit from Scottish Community Tourism (SCOTO) and costs surrounding this project. This will enable KDP to carry out a consultation to find out if there’s enough interest in taking part in a community tourism initiative and to produce an action plan.

Board members to approach suitable organisations to submit letters of support for the application.
